Sr. Manager to support the expansion of Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services practice.  These services include consulting, compliance, and litigation related projects.                                                                                                           

  • Work closely with attorneys on matrimonial matters related to tracings and business valuations
  • Performing business and intangible asset valuations for projects involving purchases/sales, tax planning/compliance, and litigation
  • Performing and managing business development activities
  • Servicing clients on complex litigation and investigatory matters
  • Testifying in matters involving valuations and damages
  • Communicating with clients
  • Mentoring and developing staff


  • BA/BS degree required; an emphasis in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering is highly desirable
  • ASA, ABV, CVA, or CBA certification/candidacy required
  • Demonstrated history of performing significant valuations across a broad variety of fields
  • CFA or MBA a plus
  • Robust book of business contacts
  • Record of expert testimony at trial or in arbitration is highly desirable
  • 12+ years of experience in a combination of professional services and private industry in senior leadership roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and retain existing staff
