Baker Tilly Virchow Krause has a national consultancy with a dedicated practice focused on Cloud Computing solutions. We understand that our clients want faster implementations with lower risk. Due to the continued growth of our Management and Technology practice we are currently recruiting for Marketing Effectiveness Consultants to join our team.  This position focuses on the implementation of cloud-based marketing solutions leveraging Oracle’s Marketing Cloud solution set.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with technical consulting staff on Baker Tilly engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle-based solutions.
  • Focus on business solution alignment, from requirements definition to functional design, to use case-based testing and training programs, to change management (leveraged communication plans, training, etc.).
  • Incorporate the capabilities of Oracle’s Marketing Cloud (chiefly Eloqua and Compendium) along with Oracle’s Social Relationship Management (SRM) capabilities.
  • Provide hands-on configuration, enhancement and testing of Oracle’s software applications to meet business process requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a specialized field such as business, computer science, management information systems / technology,  marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on marketing automation solution experience with Oracle’s Marketing Cloud products, specifically Eloqua.Experience with other components of Oracle’s Marketing Cloud solutions (Compendium, Responsys, and BlueKai) highly preferred.
  • Experience with other cloud-based marketing solutions from Salesforce.com (ExactTarget, Pardot) and Adobe (Experience Manager, Analytics, Social, Target, Campaign) preferred.Experience with Oracle’s Social Relationship Management solutions (Collective Intellect, Vitrue, and Involver) a plus.
  • Previous consulting experience highly desired.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
  • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
  • Ability to travel to client sites up to 100% and work non-traditional hours as needed.
