Currently, we are recruiting for a Salesforce.com/CRM Senior Consultant to join our Growth Strategies consulting team. Our Growth Strategies practice works in the areas of sales, marketing and customer service to improve overall go-to-market strategies and tactics while enhancing the overall customer experience. As a part of Baker Tilly’s Consulting Practice, you will play an integral role on our project teams and assist our clients in designing and implementing the right solutions with a practical approach in order to meet their unique business needs. Our teams of experienced consultants help organizations identify opportunities for improvement, plan and execute initiatives, evaluate project performance, and provide subject matter consultation in strategy, operations, financial, technology, human capital, customer and project management.
Identify, foster, and incorporate Project Management industry best practices.
Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with technical consulting staff on Baker Tilly engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven salesforce.com-based solutions.
A focus on business solution alignment, from requirements definition to functional design, to use case-based testing and training programs, to change management (leveraged communication plans, training, etc.).
The role will be responsible to incorporate the capabilities of many Cloud Computing vendors, chiefly salesforce.com, force.com (API, APEX & Visual Force).
Deep involvement in configuration, enhancement and testing of software applications to meet business process requirements.
Functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration/customization changes and maintenance of Salesforce.com-based solutions.
