    Client On-Boarding


    • Ensure customer satisfaction through seamless on-boarding of Client Accounting Services (CAS) solutions to clients.
    • Manage the execution of large-scale projects, which may include multiple work-streams and stakeholder management for internal and external project team.
    • End-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and setup, entry of delivery data into internal systems, handoff of delivery data to other functions, invoicing, financial tracking, and closing out when complete.
    • Create project plan, lead project team in the monitoring of costs, schedule, and performance of component projects, while working to ensure overall success of the client on-boarding experience.
    • Manage project financials including monitoring the budget, billing process, time and expenses, invoicing.
    • Communicate with key stakeholders on the project status regarding forecast, completion rates, variances, billings and backlog on projects.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for client information, updates, delivery, issue resolution and data tracking.
    • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings that balance consensus building with decision-making; document and communicate outcomes/actions.
    • Assist internal teams during the sales cycle to establish timelines, budgets, and resource availability.
    • Provide project work direction for the project support team
    • Work with Sales and Accounting if an opportunity to expand business is identified

    Project Management Practice

    • Work with leadership to increase collaboration across groups to support internal initiatives.
    • Assist in the revision and improvement of policies, processes and procedures resulting from project achievement.
    • Maintain knowledge of BT processes, procedures and systems and understand the project work from a technical perspective as well as from the business perspective.
    • Ensures a standardized approach to project management is executed; looks at processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business or related field.  Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
    • 5+ years of professional experience with an understanding of business and effective management practices.
      • Minimum of three years demonstrated experience successfully managing mid - large scale projects. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn multiple internal software programs.
    • High detail orientation with the ability to see the big picture and understand how the people, processes, and technology in an organization interact.
    • Strong leadership skills including assertiveness, diplomacy, respect for differing opinions, creative thinking, and drive.
    • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to identify problems, research and analyze issues from multiple perspectives, reach sound conclusions while demonstrating logical reasoning, and make appropriate decisions and recommendations.
    • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to listen; deliver effective group presentations; communicate persuasively with a variety of audiences and individuals at all levels of the organization; facilitate groups to achieve objectives, including resolution of conflict within groups or among individuals
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross functional and remote teams. Must be accountable, open, candid and transparent as the situation dictates.
    • Ability to quickly learn new information and systems, and to adapt to new situations by altering approach and methods.
    • Strong ability to communicate, motivate, and organize projects among a broad spectrum of people throughout both internal and external organizations.
    • Consultative skills; the ability to influence without authority, confidently, effectively, and collaboratively.
    • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities.
    • Proficiency in planning, effective requirements gathering, and documenting and understanding business processes and procedures.
    • Business skills and aptitudes necessary to accurately manage project budget, and monitor expenses.
    • Occasional travel may be required.
