    Responsibilities

    • Manage ongoing maintenance and quality assurance tasks, including monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations, as well as cleansing, enriching, and normalizing datasets.
    • Translate data from cross-channel marketing programs into actionable analysis, and effectively communicate these findings to the relevant members of the business.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
    • Assist in the modelling and management of a cohesive data flow through the entire marketing technology stack, including marketing automation systems, advertising networks, customer data platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Help evaluate and directly manage the technologies related to the data reporting and visualization functions; including vendor management, troubleshooting and the training of any end-users.
    • Work with management to prioritize information needs and establish KPIs.
    • Recommend, design, and measure tests aimed at incrementally improving marketing performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics or related field.
    • Three (3) or more years in a data analyst role or related role.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools and programming languages necessary to maintain analyze large datasets and visualize data findings.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Technical understanding of various data integration processes including Rest API a plus.
