    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for first point of contact for incoming calls, office visitors, greeting visitors and providing appropriate assistance.
    • Maintain image of the firm by keeping lobby, guest conference rooms, etc., neat and organized.
    • Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings (including food orders, beverages, and clean-up) and assist with special projects as requested.
    • Competent in general office functions including filing, scanning and/or faxing documents as directed, mailing/shipping and delivering mail.
    • Ordering of all office supplies as instructed by the Business Unit Office Manager.
    • Data entry duties as assigned.
    • Work in conjunction with the rest of the administrative clerical team and provide back up as trained and necessary, per office requirements.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Office Management or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of two (2) years prior clerical/reception experience required.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills required.
    • Average computer skills necessary, including basic typing/keyboarding skills.  Minimum of 30 wpm required.
    • Experience with office machines, including facsimile, high speed copier, multi-line phone and 10 key calculator preferred.
    • Ability to pay attention to detail and follow directions/procedures required, as well as ability to prioritize calls and visitors.
    • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
    • Requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
