    Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Learning Management System through:

    • Adding and managing CPE eligible program/sessions
    • Ensuring vendor e-learning course data is accurate and up-to-date
    • Providing reports as requested
    • Notifying the vendor of system issues; making recommendations for changes/updates
    • Managing the Learning Management System platform and functionality through:
      • First point of contact fo maintaining vendor relationships
      • Promoting utilization
      • Managing upgrades and changes
      • Integrating digital learning tools

    Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employees CPE Compliance records in accordance with State Board and internal compliance standards by:

    • Updating and maintaining employee profile data
    • Updating and maintaining licensing/certification information
    • Awarding CPE credits for internal and external programs
    • Notifying the vendor of system issues; making recommendations for changes/updates
    • Monitoring firm wide CPE compliance requirements and deadlines for the Baker Tilly Firm, Yellow Book, and AICPA Employee Benefit Plan requirements to ensure 100% compliance through:
      • Sending compliance reminders
      • Maintaining documentation as required by the Firm Risk and the Peer Review standards
      • Providing reporting as necessary and requested
      • Assisting and supporting employees with finding resources in regards to renewals, mobility, reciprocity, new licensee information, etc.

    Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the CPE program files in accordance with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Standards through:

    • Educating program managers and employees on the NASBA and AICPA standards
    • Reviewing initial requests for CPE (Program Request Form) to ensure compliance with standards
    • Communicating approvals, denials, and next steps to program managers and employees
    • Following up with program managers on missing and/or inaccurate paperwork
    • Final reviews and tracking of CPE paperwork prior to filing electronically
    • Regularly auditing CPE files to ensure all standards are being met

    Manages and coordinate correspondence for the Learning and Development mailbox and compliance mailbox


    • Associate Degree required
    • 2+ years experience required 
    • Continuing Professional Education/Compliance experience a plus
    • Learning Management System experience a plus
    • Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred
    • Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent attention to written and numerical accuracy
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Desire to work in an independent, fast-paced, multi-taking role
