    We are currently seeking an energetic Campus Recruiter in our Minneapolis office. At Baker Tilly, you will find that your proactive approach will allow you to quickly contribute to the firm’s success and give you challenging new opportunities. You will provide firm wide recruiting support to assist the team in identifying, selecting and hiring top talent.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate at firm level to drive best practices and thought leadership in campus recruitment.
    • Effectively understand and communicate firm footprint, strategy, culture and learning opportunities.
    • Drive diversity recruitment strategies to improve firms overall makeup.
    • Act as Campus Outreach Lead within local diversity and inclusion resource group (SOAR).
    • Lead practice teams in the development and execution of the college relations and recruitment action plans for multiple universities.
    • Participate in campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, mock interviews and resume review workshops.
    • Build and maintain relationships with universities; including faculty, students and school organizations.
    • Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle and maintain records in applicant tracking/recruitment system.
    • Coach and guide practice teams in conducting on-campus and in-office interviews.
    • Lead focus groups and debrief sessions to review campus recruiting program effectiveness and design.
    • Plan and support early identification programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or other related field required. 
    • Two to three years of campus recruiting experience, preferably for a professional services firm. 
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence without authority, and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Must exhibit a sense of urgency, commitment to quality and timely completion of duties.
    • Ability to deliver a professional presentation and messaging about the firm, and lead a world class process and candidate experience. 
    • Ability to think creatively using innovative approaches to attract top candidates.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and strong attention to detail.
    • Willingness to work outside of the core business hours when necessary.
    • Travel 25% - 50%.
