    Responsibilities

    Oversee Recruiting Process for the Philadelphia region

    • Prepare recruitment advertising & postings that utilizes the latest recruitment marketing concepts including search engine optimization.
    • Actively source candidates through traditional and non-traditional means, effectively building a pipeline of current and future talent.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews.
    • Oversee pre-employment process including screening of candidates and checking references.
    • Recommend and prepare employment offers and relocations packages.
    • Oversee effective utilization of the applicant tracking system.
    • Assist with compiling and analyzing metrics associated with the recruiting process.
    • Collaborate with Managing Partners, Team Leaders and HR Managers to define staffing needs.
    • This position will have a focus on experienced recruitment, but will actively participate in campus recruitment activities on an as-needed basis. This may include but is not limited to: on-campus events, participating in speaking engagements on behalf of the firm, and conducting on-campus interviews.

    Select and Manage Relationships with Recruiting Agencies, Vendors and Universities

    • Ensure efficient utilization of outside staffing firms and job boards.
    • Maintain relationships with colleges and universities.

    Provide Oversight and Supervision to Department Staff

    • Direct, evaluate and develop Senior Recruiter and/or Recruiter

    Participate in Developing Recruiting Strategy

    • Identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for internal policies, processes and procedures                                    

    Monitor Labor Market Trends

    • Monitor external labor market conditions.
    • Monitor employee turnover trends.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree (business administration, human resource management, or other related field)
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in a related role required 
    • Minimum of two (2) years previous supervisory experience
    • Previous experience recruiting in either corporate or agency recruiting. Experience in public accounting or professional services a plus
    • Knowledge of human resource rules and regulations, including federal, state and local employment laws and personnel administration
    • Experience with Microsoft office
    • Ability to use critical thinking skills to resolve problems
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle a variety of projects while meeting deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Exceptional communication skills, with emphasis on interpersonal communication, and client/customer service
    • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively adapt to the audience.
    • Some travel will be required.
