    Due to the continued growth of our Consulting practice, we are currently recruiting for an Oracle Cloud ERP Manager to join our Tysons Corner, VA, New York, NY or Philadelphia office location.     As a member of our Consulting Practice you will help lead the firm’s efforts in expanding our commercial market presence and provide business process, packaged software and technology consulting offerings to leading companies and organizations throughout the region and across the country in the Oracle Cloud ERP Space.   In addition, you will work with a select group of professionals in an entrepreneurial environment to provide Consulting services to include:

    • Software Selection, Development, Customization and Implementation
    • Diagnostic Review and Assessment
    • Enterprise Application Integration
    • Business Process Re-engineering
    • Reporting and Analytics

    This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual to join a growing Practice!  We are seeking a candidate who has supported numerous implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP  based budget and planning solutions and has contributed to building a successful professional services practice!

    Demonstrate significant knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Applications including:

    • Understand functionality and methodology to support successful software implementation projects.
    • Employ technical and functional skills around the evaluation and implementation of budget and planning, accounting, reporting and related software solutions.
    • Facilitate client research and gather business requirements.
    • Define current and future processes requirements.
    • Provide understanding of technical architecture including integrations to supporting business systems
    • Provide leadership and support during testing, training, and implementation of applications. 

    Execute Project Management activities including:

    • Manage team consultants and/or client resources and adhere to project plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Deliver executive presentations.
    • Oversee execution of project activities and tasks by leveraging project team skills.
    • Incorporate change management activities into project execution approaches.
    • Manage project risk.



    Successful candidates will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field. CPA and/or PMP Certifications are highly desired.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in delivering financial and management consulting services, working with Oracle Cloud ERP Implementations.
    • Previous external consulting experience is required.
    • Experience training end-users and stakeholders is desired.
    • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication, and highly developed Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required.
    • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely 
    • Must be able to travel up to 100% for client engagements and have the ability to work non-traditional hours to support client work as needed.
