    Due to our continued growth, Baker Tilly is currently in search of a Senior to join our Matrimonial, Forensic & Litigation Services Practice.


    Our FLVS Practice delivers solutions in key areas including:  

    • Complex commercial litigation matters
    • Forensic investigations
    • Valuations in dispute

    • Learn and execute meaningful work engagements that have an impact on the business
    • Conduct and perform forensic financial analyses, build financial models, maintain documents produced, summarize depositions, assist in report writing, and perform quality control procedures on schedules and reports
    • Assist in the analysis, research and support of technical accounting issues
    • Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client’s operations, processes, and business objectives
    • Engage directly with a variety of clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations
    • Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
    • Collaborate with experienced Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge across numerous industries and services
    • Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events both internally and externally
    • Interact directly with Partners and engagement leadership on client and engagement management.
    • As appropriate, supervise and coach Interns and Staff
    • Participate in Firm business development efforts, including the development of presentations, proposals and qualifications packages. Represent the Firm at business and community functions in order to maintain current, acquire new and expand existing client relationships. Represent the Firm through involvement in professional, recruiting, charitable and /or civic organizations


    • Strong candidates will have at least 3 years of audit or forensic accounting experience in an external client facing capacity.
    • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or other relevant majors may be considered. CPA a plus.
    • CFE or ABV strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills required.
    • Ability to adapt to various work environments, industries, and project schedules
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with all levels of personnel\
    • Driver’s license and flexibility to travel
