Become an integral member of the team attracting talent to the firm; bring to life the culture of Baker Tilly and share the “Baker Tilly Way” with prospective candidates.

  • Understand talent needs within various business units through active conversations with hiring partners and human resources
  • Conduct targeted research to locate and source qualified active and passive candidates, screen and assess candidates and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
  • Facilitate and participate in candidate interviews and debriefing sessions
  • Lead and manage the employment offer process, teaming with Human Resources and key decisions makers, to include formulating, negotiating, and extending offers
  • Maintain the firm’s applicant tracking system
  • Manage internal and external relationships. Collaborate with leadership to assess needs, develop strategies, and implement work plans to meet the needs of the designated practice areas; develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of audit, tax, or consulting experience in a public accounting firm, professional services recruiting experience, or external agency recruiting
  • Accounting degree and experience in a public accounting or consulting firm highly desired
  • Outgoing and driven personality with the ability to accept rejection and forge ahead. Problem-solving, project management and solid communication skills required
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality
