This position helps to execute digital campaign initiatives that support the strategic vision of the firm. Primarily, this role is responsible for day-to-day execution of email campaigns

  • Provide a positive influence on digital initiatives to encourage the success of every campaign
    • Complete all campaign needs accurately and efficiently
    • Provide feedback to internal customers to help improve the overall effectiveness of the message and design
  • Manage digital campaign from initial request through final deliverable
    • Add all supporting materials to the website in a timely manner
    • Assemble, optimize, test, and send email campaigns
    • Communicate with internal clients throughout the development process
  • Track campaign analytics and communicate results to internal clients
  • Stay current with digital campaign best practices and promote the advancement of new ideas and innovation to both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns
  • Maintain a high degree of quality control and enforce consistency of brand standards
  • Other duties as assigned


  • B.A., B.S. or BFA in marketing, graphic design, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and website management
  • Experience with the Eloqua marketing automation platform and responsive email design a plus
  • Full understanding of email marketing best practices and desire to learn and grow skills as technology changes
  • Comfortable using Adobe software tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Acrobat, etc.
  • Technical understanding of email development, HTML and CSS
  • Excellent project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize changing workloads
