Due to the continued growth of our Consulting Practice, we are currently interviewing Senior Managers for our Forensics, Litigation and Valuation Service Practice to in our Philadelphia office.


Our Practice delivers solutions to law firms and corporate clients in key areas including:  

  • Bankruptcy and Restructuring;
  • Complex commercial disputes;
  • Fraud and forensic investigations;
  • Monitorships and regulatory compliance;
  • Structured transactions and capital markets;
  • Valuation services.

  • Work directly with clients to provide consulting services in the areas of forensic accounting, fraud/corruption, litigation support and investigative services for attorneys, in house counsel and trustees through disputes
  • Provide valuation and financial advisory services to clients. Research and analyzing factors affecting valuations and perform quality control review of valuation analyses
  • Conduct forensic financial analyses of economic damage claims
  • Analyze client records and documentation; extract, reconcile and summarize relevant information and prepare written reports detailing calculations, findings and conclusions
  • Conduct document review and organization and quality control of documents
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial models to include discounted cash flow, market multiple and intangible asset analyses
  • Conduct and perform forensic financial analysis, building financial models, maintaining documents produced in litigation, summarizing depositions, assisting in writing Expert Reports, and performing quality control procedures on schedules and reports
  • Manage engagements to include billing and staffing and interact directly with clients
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities by participating in sales meetings and working on proposals
  • Interact directly with Partners and leadership on client and engagement management
  • Supervise and mentor junior level resources


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

  • CPA, ABV, CFF, CFE or other certifications required.

  • A minimum of twelve years public accounting and/ or forensic consulting experience required.  Will look at candidates with a combination of industry/professional service blend

  • Experience running engagements and teams and relevant skills in project execution with hands on experience in the full life-cycle of a project

  • Successful candidate should have begun to accumulate and continue to populate a network of potential referral sources

  • In-Depth experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, restructuring and/or valuations

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills required

  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings

  • Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills

  • Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and ability to work beyond core business hours
