  • Educate program managers and employees to ensure all Continuing Professional Education Programs (CPE) eligible programs will meet the compliance standards in accordance with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Standards.
    • Regularly audit CPE files to ensure all standards are being met.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Learning Management System.
    • Update and maintain employee profile data.
    • Update and maintain licensing/certification information.
    • Ensure vendor e-learning course data is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Build and maintain learning paths and conferences as requested.
    • Add and manage all CPE eligible program/sessions.
    • Provide reports as requested.
    • Notify the vendor of system issues; make recommendations for changes/updates.
  • Monitor the firmwide CPE compliance requirements and deadlines for the Baker Tilly in-firm, YellowBook, and AICPA Employee Benefit Plan and follow up with employees to ensure 100% compliance. Maintain documentation as required by firm Risk and the peer review team.
    • Monitor, support and provide guidance for all other licenses and certifications that employees hold and track via the Learning Management System.
      • Assist employees with finding resources in regards to renewals, mobility, reciprocity, new licensee information, etc.
  • Manage and coordinate correspondence for the Learning and Development mailbox and respond to compliance-related inquires in the compliance mailbox.
  • Attend local onsite trainings as needed.
  • Assist the Training Coordinator as needed.
  • Other projects as assigned.


  • Associate Degree required.
  • Continuing Professional Education/Compliance and Learning Management System experience a plus.
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent attention to written and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Desire to work in an independent, fast-paced, multi-taking role.
