Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing data maintenance and reporting through Salesforce.com
    • Create and execute the process and production of regional sales reports in support of regional, team and business unit needs
    • Produce ongoing tracking analysis and monitor pipeline performance against business metrics
    • Manage and maintain accuracy and integrity of regional account, contact and opportunity data
    • Perform tasks related to pipeline reporting and distribution, with significant use of Excel and pivot tables
    • Maintain and provide standard and ad hoc reporting and analytics of sales data for entire region
    • Ensure that new and existing reports are accurate and that all supporting data is properly reviewed
  • Collaborate and team with regional marketers to drive CRM system usage
    • Provide training on basic data entry, reporting and dashboard usage as appropriate for users
    • Actively transfer knowledge throughout organization and participate in knowledge sharing projects to develop and leverage best practices
    • Coordinate and collaborate with departments to include marketing and sales IT and operations in defining reporting requirements, establishing time frames for delivery, reviewing for quality and reconciling data
  • Monitor regional data to proactively identify system and process improvements
    • Work to ensure data accuracy and make improvements where possible
  • Manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
    • Create and document a framework to ensure effective operations controls and meaningful communication on reporting capabilities and activities
    • Engage key stakeholders and ensure proper training and uses of data insights and business intelligence applications
  • Maintain and demonstrate 100 percent compliance with all written security policies, governance procedures and change management controls

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce.com or other leading CRM application reporting and dashboard capabilitie. Salesforce.com experience preferred. 
  • 1-2 years of sales reporting experiences

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales effort through use of CRM

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

  • Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel, specifically pivot tables, logical functions, lookup formulas and database manipulation
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to use time effectively to prioritize as well as manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
